Auctioneer's Note:  Okeechobee County will obtain the services of a licensed/qualified mobile home moving contractor and cover the one-time moving cost related to the mobile home (within Okeechobee County), which includes the setup and tie down of the mobile home on the Bidder/New Owner’s approved site. This moving cost, as well as the bid/auction purchase price, WILL NOT include skirting, steps, air conditioner unit or installation or connection of any utility services such as water, sewer, internet, phone or any other related services. The bidder/new owner must ensure all related permits required by Okeechobee County Building & Zoning are obtained and that the lot size and type of manufactured home is allowed in their zoning area.
