As-Is where is with no representations made as to condition or use on any item sold. 13% buyer's premium added to the top bid price. 7% Sales Tax on the RV and Whaler. 6.5% Sales tax on the Chris Craft Commander. $10,000.00 deposit wired to Hartman Auction Group escrow account in order to bid on the Chris Craft Commander. $1,000.00 deposit wired to Hartman Auction Group escrow account in order to bid on the Boston Whaler and Dutchmen Lite RV.  Balance due within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
